UNLOCKING POSSIBILITY
At IRulya, we are developing a novel, potentially disease-modifying therapeutic to address serious, underserved pulmonary diseases.
Getting to the Source: mTOR Dysregulation
Dysfunctional mechanistic Target of Rapamycin (mTOR) signaling is a central pathological driver of inflammation, fibrosis, and vascular or airway remodeling across multiple severe pulmonary diseases—including pulmonary hypertension (PH), bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome post lung transplant (BOS), and sarcoidosis-associated pulmonary hypertension (SAPH).
A Lung-Targeted Therapy
LAM-001 is our investigational once-daily inhaled formulation of sirolimus (rapamycin), designed to deliver treatment directly to the lungs. By inhibiting the mTOR pathway at the site of disease, LAM-001 is intended to address core mechanisms of pulmonary disease while limiting systemic exposure.
Current Clinical Trials
We are evaluating LAM-001 in PH-ILD, BOS, and SAPH: three serious pulmonary conditions in which the mTOR pathway is known to be hyperactivated and a key driver of the underlying disease state. Our goal is to offer a new treatment approach for patients who have limited options today.
